Mr. Donaldson serves as Simplicity’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Donaldson is responsible for defining the Group’s strategic direction and managing its various operating businesses. Prior to Simplicity, Mr. Donaldson was a managing director at an international investment bank. Previously, Mr. Donaldson led the successful start-up of a national insurance company and before that led the start-up of a multi-billion-dollar asset management business. Prior to starting the entrepreneurial phase of his career, Mr. Donaldson held various financial, business, and legal positions in the United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Donaldson earned an M.B.A. from London Business School, a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School and a B.A. from Hobart College.

Mr. Leidner serves as Simplicity’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Leidner is responsible for directing the Group’s overall financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and capital management. Prior to Simplicity, Mr. Leidner was a partner and co-head of the banking and credit team at a private equity firm. Mr. Leidner has been in the private equity and venture capital industry for over 20 years. Prior to his private equity career, Mr. Leidner held positions at several Wall Street investment banking and management firms. Mr. Leidner earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and a B.S.E in Finance and a B.A.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Parker serves as Simplicity’s General Counsel. Ms. Parker is responsible for managing all of the Group’s legal matters, including contracting, litigation, compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to Simplicity, Ms. Parker was the general counsel of a U.S. subsidiary of an international reinsurance holding company, for which she was responsible for legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Previously, Ms. Parker specialized in corporate law as an attorney at an international law firm. Ms. Parker earned a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Duke University.

Ken McGee serves as Simplicity’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McGee is responsible for overseeing Simplicity’s daily business operations, with a focus on driving efficiency and assuring quality control. In this role Mr. McGee leads Simplicity’s middle-office functions, including technology, enterprise data management, and managing third-party service providers. Prior to joining Simplicity, Mr. McGee held various roles at several insurance brokerages, including NFP and Dixon Wells for which he had P&L responsibility and managed sales, marketing, operations, and integration. Mr. McGee has more than 20 years’ experience in insurance management. Mr. McGee earned his B.S. in Occupational Safety, Business Management from Keene College.

Ms. Peck has more than 20 years of human resources management experience, including working with a global health services organization and national investment and insurance company. Ms. Peck earned an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mr. McCann serves as President of Simplicity Wealth, Simplicity Group’s investment management business. Mr. McCann is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of Simplicity’s Wealth platforms, including investments, operations, technology, and sales. Prior to Simplicity, Mr. McCann was the director of investments for a multi-billion-dollar family office, for which he was responsible for building and managing a diversified investment portfolio. Previously, Mr. McCann was a director of finance at the National Football League (NFL) and a vice president in the equity research division at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. McCann earned an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina and a B.A. from Hamilton College.

Mr. Wickersham serves as President of Simplicity’s Broker Dealer business. Mr. Wickersham joined Simplicity through its acquisition of The Leaders Group, for which he is responsible for all aspects of the broker dealer, including compliance, marketing, operations, and technology. Prior, Mr. Wickersham headed up the development of the firm’s Registered Representative on-boarding and transition team, overseeing the expansion of recruiting and branding efforts, and the technology platform. Mr. Wickersham has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Wickersham received his B.S. in International Business from the University of Denver and holds Series 7, 24, 66 and state life/health insurance licenses.

Mr. Ebmeier serves as Executive Vice President of Insurance Distribution. Mr. Ebmeier is responsible for driving strategic growth in various distribution channels, including annuities and various other insurance products, developing carrier partnerships, advancing proprietary product designs, and enhancing product marketing. Prior to joining Simplicity, Mr. Ebmeier served as Senior Vice President at Global Atlantic Financial Group, for which he was responsible for all aspects of the distribution of annuities to independent marketing organizations and agencies. Previously, Mr. Ebmeier served in various insurance industry capacities, including as Vice President of Sales for Fidelity and Guaranty Life and, before that, as Vice President at Baltimore Life Insurance Company. Mr. Ebmeier has more than 34 years of experience in annuity, life insurance, and LTC benefit product sales, annuity product design, and product marketing and distribution in the independent financial services industry. Mr. Ebmeier earned an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Loyola College of Maryland, is a CFP, CLU, ChFC, and holds various securities and insurance licenses, and previously served as Chairman of the National Association for Fixed Annuities (NAFA).

Prior to joining Simplicity, Mr. Jacobson served as the National Sales Manager of Independent Life Distribution for Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, for which he was responsible for managing the external wholesaling force, as well as all aspects of the distribution of life insurance products to independent marketing organizations and agencies. Mr. Jacobson has more than 20 years of experience in annuity and life insurance distribution, sales training, recruiting, life insurance product design, and product marketing and distribution in the independent financial services industry. Mr. Jacobson attended St. Cloud State University and holds various securities and insurance licenses.

Previously, Ms. Cramer worked for an industry trade publication providing marketing and lead generation consultation to IMOs, Carriers and other national financial organizations. Ms. Cramer earned a B.A. in Communications from California University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kerns serves as Executive Vice President of Business Relationships. Mr. Kerns joined Simplicity through its acquisition of InsurMark, which he founded in 1983. Prior to starting his insurance career, Mr. Kerns served in the United States Marine Corps, having graduated from Officer Candidate School while in college. Mr. Kerns has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Kerns earned a B.S. from the University of Nebraska.

Mr. Fisher serves as Executive Vice President of Banks and Broker Dealers for Simplicity Group. Mr. Fisher is responsible for managing Simplicity’s third-party relationships with banks, broker-dealers, and credit unions, to which Simplicity provides outsourced insurance solutions. Mr. Fisher manages more than sixty dedicated financial institutions wholesalers and works closely with Simplicity’s Legal and Compliance functions to support the delivery of an outsourced insurance solution that meets securities business requirements. Mr. Fisher has over 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Fisher earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and holds various insurance and securities licenses.

Heather Ulz serves as Simplicity’s Executive Vice President of Operations. Ms. Ulz is responsible for the integration of Simplicity Group subsidiary operations into the One Simplicity operating platform, developing integration strategies, and managing more than two hundred operating personnel in Simplicity’s Operations centers. Ms. Ulz joined Simplicity through its acquisition of LifePro Financial Services for which she served as CEO and is responsible for all aspects of the LifePro business, including operations, technology, and securities business units. Ms. Ulz has more than 30 years of insurance and securities industry experience. Ms. Ulz attended George Mason University and holds various insurance licenses.

Mr. Bhatt serves as Executive Vice President of Technology for Simplicity Group. Mr. Bhatt is responsible for overseeing Simplicity’s carrier integrated e-app insurance platform exclusively for advisors and their clients. Mr. Bhatt joined Simplicity through its acquisition of Plum Life (now “Simplicity LifeLink® ”) for which he is CEO and co-founder. Simplicity LifeLink® is an all-digital term life platform. Previously Mr. Bhatt served as head of global eBusiness and U.S. direct sales at MetLife, Inc. Mr. Bhatt earned an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University and a B.A. from Haverford College.

Prior to joining Simplicity, Mr. Tinnirello held various leadership, management, and compliance roles in finance, most recently for an Independent Registered Investment Advisor. Mr. Tinnirello has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Tinnirello earned dual master’s degrees from Fordham University, with concentrations in Management and Finance.

Previously, Ms. Webb was the founder of Orso Communications, a marketing and PR consulting company, providing integrated communications and events services to entertainment and non-profit clients. Mr. Yerger began his financial services career with Highland Capital Brokerage, for which he helped successfully close and integrate more than 30 wholesale life insurance agencies. Mr. Yerger has over 20 years of accounting, M&A, corporate development, and transactional advisory experience. Mr. Yerger earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a licensed C.P.A.
